Billing Update

Due to increased costs of mailing paper bills and our ongoing efforts to cut costs and expenses where possible; effective January 1, 2024 South Ellis County WSC will be implementing a $2.00 charge per paper bill statement mailed out. 

The alternative option to avoid the $2.00 charge will be an electeonic statement sent via email. 

To make this transistion as smooth as possible, notify the office before the next billing period ( January 24, 2024) if you choose to switch to the alternative option of an electronic statement. 

Please note that payment options will remain the same; the only difference will be how you recieve your bill - if you choose to switch.
