At 10:00 PM tonight, July 16, 2025, we will shut down Well 77. While this may not affect everyone drawing water from Well 77, some users may experience a loss of water supply.
The well will be allowed to refill from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 7:00 AM, we will turn Well 77 back on until the water levels drop too low, requiring another shutdown.
We are actively investigating the source of a leak, but the recent heavy rainfall has made it challenging to locate. If you have experienced low water pressure prior to tonight's shutdown or have noticed any leaks in your area, please call us on our emergency line at 469-570-5818.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
Sincerely,
South Ellis County WSC
