The construction crew working on 667 has hit our water line again. Because of this we are currently experiencing another water outage affecting all residents located on and near FM667.. We have a full crew out there working diligently and are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for when the water will be restored, but please be assured that we are doing our best to fix it promptly and have your water restored by the end of the night.

Subject: Update on Water Service for 308 Well
Dear Customers of 308 Well,
We are currently addressing a significant water leak on FM 308. Our team is actively working on the repairs, and during this time, you may be experiencing a temporary water outage. We are diligently working on the repairs as swiftly as possible.
In addition, the pump for the Pluto well has failed. We have ordered a replacement and anticipate receiving and installing it within the next 48 to 72 hours. Meanwhile, if you are served by the 308 well, you may notice reduced water pressure. We kindly ask all customers on the 308 well to conserve water until the new pump is installed. We understand this situation is inconvenient and sincerely apologize for the disruption.
We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and will keep you informed of our progress.
