Statement Regarding the BWN on the 308 Well/Standpipe

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has rules and regulations set forth for Water Supply Corporations. A boil water notice was placed on July 8th, 2024 due to low distribution pressure not meeting the minimum distribution pressure set by TCEQ. Out of due diligence and precaution, the boil water notice was placed to ensure the safety of our customers. We are a small non-profit utility system that has been neglected for many years. The current staff are working around the clock finding and fixing leaks to keep this utility running.
